When unexpected demand for some products is evident, quantity limits per Guest may be imposed until we are able to restock. Online Pricing Policy
Products sold online may have different pricing, either higher or lower, than the same products sold at your local store. That’s because the price includes the labour and transportation costs associated with delivery.
- With years experience in grocery delivery, we know that freshness can only be delivered by hand. Bakery items are baked for your order, meat and seafood are cut fresh, substitutions are hand selected by trained shoppers.
- Our commitment to treating everyone like family means Team Members are paid fair wages, with access to benefits and paid sick time, among other supports.
- Our zero-waste strategy means your delivery is completed with low-emission trucks, biodegradable bags and more.
- In some instances, with help from our vendor partners, we are able to offer special low pricing online only.
We strive to keep pricing variances to a minimum, reflecting the difference in service only.
Online Weighted Items
To ensure Guests are receiving the type and amount of product they want, items such as fruit and vegetables, typically sold by weight in our stores, are sold online as individual units (or by “each”). This means Guests don’t need to guess about how many apples are in a pound and receive exactly what they need in their order. Other items, such as steaks, can vary in size and shape and your cart will show an estimated weight and price for the average size. When your order is prepared, we will weigh the item to determine its final price.
